Formerly known as LeeFest, Neverworld began life as a small garden party, when the founder’s parents were away on holiday. These days it’s a three-day festival located in a forest in the small Kent village of Hever, with 11 stages and a line-up featuring The Vaccines, Mystery Jets and Professor Green. 1-3 August (Kent)
The festival, which was started by Lee Denny in his parents’ back garden, and was previously known as LeeFest, encourages visitors to don tribal costumes and become part of a “tribe” for the event, which is split into three immersive realms, The Neverwoods, Skull Ridge and Mermaids Lagoon.
Neverworld will be held from Thursday, August 1 to Sunday, August 4. For tickets go to neverworld.co.uk.
